Administrator and Sales Support

Our client is a busy designer and manufacturer of shop fittings, displays and showcases. The product is displayed in some of the largest retail and commercial chains in the country.
Due to a recent restructure they are seeking an Administrator & Sales Support person.

Immediate start required.

Hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm. Extra hours may be required at times to fulfill the obligations of the  role.

Having a flexible personality, ability to have a laugh but at the same time be systematic and organized is ideal. A great work ethic, initiative, common sense, a willingness to learn and being a team player are highly valued.

Responsibilites include:

  • Input all creditor invoices
  • Reconcile creditor invoices with monthly statements
  • Chase up missing invoices/statements
  • Chase up all credit notes with suppliers
  • Follow up with suppliers regarding any pricing discrepancies
  • Filing
  • Procurement of office supplies e.g. stationery
  • Assisting with stocktaking
  • Answering inbound phone calls
  • Assisting with dropping off and collecting product from suppliers
  • Handling of inbound sales enquiries and quoting for our standard product range
  • Other duties to assist the Office Manager as requested

You will need to have:

  • Accounts Payable experience
  • Excellent English and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • A good time manager
  • Computer literate with experience in Accounting Software
  • Clean and full driver license
  • A good phone manner
  • Beginner/ Intermediate Excel knowledge
