To service customer's needs with respect to placing orders and organising delivery of goods.
Based in East Tamaki this is Permanent work.


About The Role:

They are looking for a Customer Service , Stores person to join their team and would like a person who is interested in being apart of a great team and company.

  • Monday to Friday, 40 hours .
  • Inbound and outbound service calls and emails and process customer orders
  • Liaise between different diversions and branches for product queries
  • Provide great customer service 
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
  • Maintain database and documentation
  • General day to day admin duties 
  • Assist with reports for Branch Manager
  • Assist with inventory and purchase tasks
  • Strong Health and Safety focus
  • Pick and pack orders when required and arrange courier pick ups.
  • General stores duties

** note no fork lift license is needed for this role. 

Ideal candidate:

  • Customer Service and Administration experience and focus
  • Able and willing to learn and train on the product
  • Health and Safety focused
  • Good verbal and written communication 
  • Physically fit
  • Good computer and numeracy skills
  • Attention to detail and must show initiative
  • Reliable and a hard worker
  • Good sense of humour 
  • Must pass pre-employment drug test.


The successful applicant will need to have minimum 5 years administration experience.
