Office Admin/Sales Admin


Our client is a well known display manufacturer seeks a sales and general administration person for an immediate start available.

Due to sales demand we are looking for the right candidate to fulfill an Office Administrator role. 

The company is based in Pakuranga 

The duties involve: 

  • Liaising with office manager for Creditors and Debtors and checking invoices
  • Entering new invoices 
  • Data entry
  • Preparing stock reports
  • Meeting clients and first point of contact for greeting them
  • Answering incoming calls

You must have:

  • 2+ years experience in a similar role
  • An adaptable approach to your work
