Supply Chain Planner - Hamilton



Our Hamilton based client partners with their customers to deliver solutions and service to promotes and maintain safe and clean environments whilst improving and maintaining the highest possible level of operational efficiency.

The Role:

We are currently recruiting for a Supply Chain Planner to join their team.  They would be responsible for the following:

  • Establish relationships with key personnel in ANZ Planning, NZ Distribution, Production, Procurement and Customer Service teams.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers and stakeholders.
  • Support continuous environment improvement by providing Planning and Plant management with ideas to maximise planning performance and customer satisfaction
  • Reporting NZ supply planning execution and performance monitoring purposes
  • Manage activities through the planning system
  • Support management with supply and demand requirements.

The Ideal candidate:

  • Graduate with a focus on Supply Chain preferably Planning.
  • Junior Planner looking for the next step in their career.
  • Experienced on excel i.e pivot tables, graphs and macros.
  • Sound knowledge of SAP/JDA and JDE
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proven analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good with numbers and can interpret the results
  • Team Player with a strong Health and Safety focus.
  • Excellent time management 
  • Attention to detail and ability to demonstrate initiative.
