Celebrating 20 years of "Great People"

Thursday 19th January marks 20 years since Superior Personnel opened for business. Back in 1997 Lorraine Hopwood started Superior Personnel with her daughter Mandi as her first staff member. 20 years later, Mandi is still with us (as Tauranga Branch Manager) but the business has changed significantly in those 2 decades. 

Other long serving staff are still with Superior Personnel including Derek (15 years) and Kerri (4 years). As well as Laura, Rachael, Kirsty, Shara and Miloni in Auckland, we have Gemma, Kya and Emma in Waikato and Drew in Bay of Plenty.

New ownership came in 2013, when Andrew Berry took over the business. The branch network has grown to three since 2014 with the addition of Waikato (2015) and Bay of Plenty (2017). The number of temporary staff we have working for clients has more than trebled in the last 3 years,  while the number of clients has also increased significantly. One thing that hasn't changed is the focus on providing Great People to Build Great Businesses by focusing on a commitment to our candidates and clients and operating with fairness and integrity.

As we mark our 20 years in business, can we say a huge thank you to all our staff who have been involved with Superior Personnel since 1997 and to our loyal clients who have supported us over the years. You have all been part of a very successful 20 years and we look forward to working with you for at least another 20!
