Accounts Receivable / Administration (04/08EG)

Full time, Contract/Temp

The Company:
Our client has been helping NZ home owners to find the right heating solution like wood fires for their homes.

We are currently recruiting for someone with Accounts Administration experience to join the busy team. This is a temporary position to start with potential to go permanent for the right person.

Duties include but not limited to the following:

  • Full time or Part time hours are available (Monday to Friday)
  • MYOB
  • Account Receivable
  • Data Entry
  • Customer Service i.e. phone calls/emails, bookings, order parts
  • Assist with courier pick ups and deliveries
  • General admin tasks
  • Assist with system processes and procedures


Ideal candidate:

  • Administration experience is required
  • Account Receivable experience using MYOB
  • Confident learning different systems
  • Customer service focused
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Highly organised and able to meet deadlines
