Assistant Catering Manager


We are looking for someone with strong hospitality and management skills for our catering department. They would be responsible for overseeing catering operations and events and management of engagements.

The duties include:

  • Customer services, bookings and enquiries
  • Processing all invoices 
  • Administration
  • Cash reconciliations for all sites
  • Inventory and stock take.
  • Overseeing staff payroll and timesheets

The ideal person will be admin focused, gets on well with everyone and has flexibility with hours. They are customer focused with a hospitality background and a bright and bubbly personality.  They would need to be outgoing and energetic.
