Board Member - Not for Profit (31/7AB)

Our client is a Not-For-Profit organisation that operates outdoor education camps across Auckland. We are looking for suitably qualified and interested Board Members for appointment to the Board.

This is a great opportunity for a community minded individual, looking to develop your operational, governance and commercial experience with an established Board.

If you have an interest in or involvement with your local community, this may be the Governance role for you.

Ideal Applicant: Our client is looking to appoint a Director with the following attributes:

• a passion for educational camps, outdoor pursuits or the positive impacts of outdoor experiences;
• a genuine interest in the wellbeing and development of young people;
• Commercial acumen with the ability to apply that strategically for the organisation;
• Management or leadership ability across a range of backgrounds would be beneficial, such as management, property, local government, legal, IT or related fields;

• a collaborative approach and willingness to contribute as part of a volnteer board
