**Chemical Machine Operator | Day Shift | Immediate Start**

**About the Role**
As a Manufacturing Blender, you will step into a modern production environment responsible for mixing and compounding our highly trusted cleaning and hygiene formulations. Operating heavy blending equipment, measuring raw chemical materials, and adhering strictly to batch cards will be your day-to-day focus.
You'll ensure that everything we produce meets our precise quality standards before it heads down the line for packaging.


Key Responsibilities
*Batch Compounding:* Accurately measure, weigh, and blend raw chemical materials according to specific formulation instructions.
*Equipment Operation:* Safely operate high-capacity industrial mixing tanks, pumps, and chemical transfer equipment.
*Quality Control:* Perform basic testing and assist our laboratory team with batch sampling to maintain stringent quality metrics.
*HSE Compliance:* Adhere rigidly to health, safety, and hazardous substances regulations when handling raw materials.
*Inventory & Records:* Document batch records precisely, tracking raw material usage and maintaining clean, audit-ready blending stations.


Requirements
What We Are Looking For:
• Experience: Proven experience working as a blender, batch mixer, or machine operator within a chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or food manufacturing plant.
• Technical Savvy: Comfort handling chemical raw materials, interpreting batch cards, and operating industrial machinery.
• Physical Fitness: This is a hands-on role requiring physical stamina, lifting, and moving materials safely.
• Safety First Mindset: An uncompromising attitude toward PPE compliance and standard operating procedures.
• Communication: Clear English communication and basic mathematical skills for accurate ratio calculations.
• Credentials: A current Forklift License (OSH Certificate & F Endorsement) is highly advantageous.
