About the client

Our client are well-known Aluminum experts, both in New Zealand and around the world. They specialise in creating aluminium solutions, working across a wide range of sectors, from marine, transport, windows and doors, to mechanical engineering and agricultural industries.

Days & Hours –

  • Monday – Friday
  • 8:30am – 5:00pm

The position -

  • Sales/Customer service
  • Reception
  • Inbound/Outbound calls
  • Loading and tracking of stock purchase orders
  • Administration 
  • Respond to all customer face to face, fax, phone & email queries 
  • Account management

What we’re wanting -

  • Someone with the hunger and drive to learn and grow!
  • Must hold a Full driver’s license – Forklift is a plus!
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • The ability to cope well under pressure
  • Experience within the customer service industry
  • Computer literate – Word & Excel
