Customer Services - Banking and Finance


Our client has many offices, mainly based in South Auckland - managing personal loans, finances and insurance.

To be successful in this role we will be looking for the following key attributes:

  • Extensive experience in a high volume credit control role, finance, insurance and loans
  • A methodical logical thinker with clear concise communication
  • An excellent phone manner and can do attitude
  • The ability to learn and take in information
  • You must have strong problem solving skills, excellent time management, and enjoy providing the highest level of customer service
  • You'll be super organised, methodical and analytical and structure; and excellent at prioritising
  • Strong computer with excellent data entry skills

Ideally you will have held roles where you had customer contact and accounts administration , however we are interested to hear from a recent graduates with b/com Finance or Accounting qualifications. 

You must be either a New Zealand Citizen or hold a Permanent Resident Visa.
