Healthy Homes Inspector/Assessor x 2 needed

Full time, Contract/Temp

The Company:

Our client is located in Hamilton and they help landlords around Hamilton and greater Waikato to meet the Healthy Homes standards for rental properties.

The Role:

We are recruiting for Inspector/Assessors to assist with Health Homes property assessments.  Temporary positions to start for the right people.

Duties include but not limited to the following:

  • Monday to Friday 
  • Hours flexible (work dependent on appointments per day)
  • Work around Hamilton and greater Waikato
  • Conduct thorough property inspections
  • Provide comprehensive reports on requirements etc.
  • Assist with basic maintenance jobs
  • Customer service
  • Administration tasks
  • Tools of the trade
  • Health and Safety awareness

Ideal Candidate:

  • Building qualifications or Maintenance background preferred
  • Have some knowledge of Health Homes would be advantageous.
  • Confident using tech devices and apps 
  • Build rapport easily with customers
  • Excellent time management 
  • Current NZ Full drivers licence 
  • Must have reliable transport 
  • Physically fit 
  • Clear criminal record
  • Pass pre-employment drug test.
