NPD Coordinator - Vitamins and Supplements

The primary purpose of this role is to support the commercialization of new products for Contract Customers and Retailer Brands across multiple markets, facilitating the achievement of business targets through the on-time launch of new products.

Key functions:

  • Understand, document and communicate projects scope and particulars
  • Generate and communicate Charts for product and project launches as required
  • Co-Ordinate with key contacts, customers and other external parties as required, to ensure that all relevant tasks are communicated and completed by key project dates
  • Administer team meetings and communicate outcomes
  • Key contributor to the set up and completion of NPD documentation
  • Key contact for project teams
  • Communicate regular project updates to teams and customers, and formally escalate where required
  • Measurement of project outcomes as required

Person requirements:

  • A confident and clear communicator across all levels of the business
  • Ability to work proactively and deliver under pressure
  • Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g. science or business)
  • A minimum of 2 years proven experience in Project Co-Ordination in a relevant manufacturing industry (Food/Pharma/Dietary Supplement)
  • Familiarity with Project Management tools (e.g. Asana)
  • Knowledge of business principles and practices, with a focus on NPD

This role will suit those who have a suitable Science degree qualification (Chemistry, Food Technology, Pharmacy), with a 2+ years development experience in a similar role.
