Operator - WT needed - Farm Environment (21/9RS)

**All-Rounder / Feed Production Operator (Immediate Start)**

• **Location:** Waikato
• **Job Type:** Contract / Temporary (4–6 Months, view to extend)
• **Hours:** Full-Time, Rotating Shifts (10-hour days/nights)

Our client is a leading specialist in the storage, blending, and distribution of high-quality liquid and dry animal feeds across the Waikato region. We are seeking an adaptable **All-Rounder** to join their team for an **immediate start**. 

### About the Role

This is an initial **4 to 6-month assignment** with the potential to extend for the right person. You will be working on a **rotating shift schedule** that offers excellent hours and weekly variety: 

• **Week 1 (Night Shift):** Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM start (10-hour shifts)
• **Week 2 (Day Shift):** Monday to Saturday, 5:00 AM start (10-hour shifts weekdays, 6–8 hours on Saturdays)

*Please note: This is a hands-on, practical role operating in a very dusty environment.* 

**Key Responsibilities**

• Mixing, blending, and batching high-quality feed formulas.
• Making up loads and prepping them for packing.
• Accurately measuring and adding minerals to batches.
• Loading trucks safely and efficiently.
• Monitoring the site weighbridge and tracking inward/outward loads.

** Skills & Experience Required**

To hit the ground running in this fast-paced environment, you will need: 

• **Licences:** A valid Full Class 1 Driver Licence, Wheels, Tracks & Rollers (WTR) endorsement, (a current OSH Forklift Licence is preferred) .
• **Physical Fitness:** High physical fitness and comfort with heavy lifting and repetitive manual tasks.
• **Attention to Detail:** Precision when measuring minerals, batching feed, and managing paperwork.
• **Reliability:** Turn up on time, every time, with a positive "can-do" attitude.
