Storeperson / Parts Coordinator – Shipping Container Industry

**The Opportunity**
Are you a reliable storeperson with a sharp eye for detail? Our client is a leading national container solutions company, looking for a motivated Parts Coordinator / Storeperson to join the team.

In this role, you won’t just be moving items - you will be the go-to person managing our clients specialized shipping container parts and components inventory.

**What You’ll Be Doing:**
• Inventory Control: Managing, ordering, and dispatching specialized parts for shipping containers (including locking gear, twistlocks, hinges, panels, and patch pieces).
• Inwards/Outwards Goods: Receiving deliveries, checking for accuracy, and safely unloading stock.
• Workshop Support: Ensuring our container modification and repair technicians have the exact parts they need, when they need them.
• Data Entry: Keeping our inventory management system accurate and up to date.
• H&S Champion: Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

**What We Are Looking For : **
• Industry Knowledge: Previous experience handling container parts, transport logistics components, or heavy machinery parts is highly advantageous.
• Forklift Licence: A current OSH Forklift Licence and F-Endorsement (or willingness to get one).
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using computer systems for stock tracking and basic data entry.
• Physical Fitness: You're comfortable on your feet and able to handle the physical demands of a busy yard and warehouse.
• Great Attitude: A reliable team player who takes pride in an organized workspace.
