Andrew Berry | MBA

Managing Director

Andrew started his career in Police, based primarily in South Auckland, including as Officer in Charge of Otara Police and a deployment to Afghanistan. Between 2010 and 2012, Andrew was Manager Marine Pollution Response Service for Maritime New Zealand. Andrew became Managing Director of Superior Personnel in 2013. Andrew has a Masters of Science (Hons) and an Executive Masters of Business Administration (MBA). Andrew is a Member of the NZ Institute of Directors (MInstD). In 2006 Andrew was awarded the Blake Leader Award by the Sir Peter Blake Trust. Andrew has been a Director of New Zealand Waterpolo (NZWP) since 2020.

Emma Godsmark

Branch Manager | Waikato

Emma joined the Superior Personnel team in December 2016, having moved to the Waikato from Auckland. Emma has several years experience within the Manufacturing, Warehouse and Logistics industry as a Recruitment consultant for both temporary and permanent placements. Before moving into recruitment, Emma worked for 8 years as a Production supervisor. Emma thoroughly enjoys recruitment and finds job satisfaction from placing candidates into work and meeting the expectations of the client.

Daphne Edwards

Branch Manager | Canterbury

Daphne joined the team in August 2017 when Superior Personnel acquired Jade Resourcing in Canterbury. Daphne has a wealth of recruitment experience across NZ, from Branch Manager of larger recruitment agencies through to owning her own recruitment businesses. Daphne enjoys working closely with clients to ensure they are getting a service next to none.

Derek Ready | MA

Senior Recruitment Consultant | Auckland

Derek has a Master of Arts (MA) and came to Superior Personnel having previously worked as a Purchasing Officer and Operations Manager in the logistics sector. Derek recruits for a wide range of positions, specialising in trade roles, warehouse staff, truck drivers, construction and infrastructure. In more than a decade with Superior Personnel he has built an enviable knowledge of the recruitment industry and employment best-practice with many long-standing clients in the FMCG, logistics and infrastructure sectors.

Rachael Skinner | B.Ed & Dip. Tch

Senior Recruitment Consultant & Business Development | Auckland

Rachael's career started as a Recruitment Consultant for an Educational Placement agency where she recruited Temporary relief and contract teachers within the Primary sector. From there, Rachael moved into Generalist Recruitment spaces for both Temporary and Permanent staff for both Industrial and Commercial sectors and has extensive Business Development experience. Rachael has a track record of building long term client relationships.

Laura Turner

Business Development Manager | Auckland & Waikato

Laura has rejoined the Superior Personnel team in 2023 after an extended maternity leave. Laura started her career with Superior Personnel in 2014 as a Candidate Co-ordinator and then Business Development Manager for the Auckland office before taking some time off to have a family. Laura will be adding the Waikato region to her focus and is looking forward to getting out and forming some good relationships between Superior Personnel and potential clients.

After working in customer service for 10 years, Noy decided to hang up her gloves and join the recruitment arena in 2016. Focusing on Warehousing & Distribution and providing staff across Auckland, Noy has extensive knowledge and understanding of what is required to successfully assist clients with recruitment needs. When not at work Noy is passionate about helping people in our community.

Linda Cochrane

Candidate Resourcer | Auckland

Linda joined the Auckland team in 2021 and comes with a wealth of recruitment experience across Auckland. Linda is responsible for advertising, screening and interviewing candidates for roles in Auckland. Linda moved to New Zealand in June 2006 and for 6 years was recruiting for Building, Construction and Civil Engineering companies. Over the last 8 years, Linda has provided staff in the logistics and manufacturing space. Linda has experience with client account management and enjoys the hustle and bustle of resourcing candidates and being the liaison between Clients and Candidates.

Pieta "PJ" Chapman

PJ has been in recruitment since 2018, she has a background in administration, communication co-ordination and studied film and television at university. PJ enjoys working with all sorts of people and loves the mix of people she encounters in recruitment. Originally from Auckland, PJ made the move to Christchurch in January 2019 and has fallen in love with the region. She loves watching rugby and supporting New Zealand teams across most sports
