Production Team Leader


You will be responsible to achieve optimum production by effectively leading managing and motivating a team while maintaining a hands on the floor.

You will be leading a team of 7-9 members and will have a direct control of the work force of employees to achieve targets within the given time restraints.

Responsibilities include but not limited to: 

  • Ensuring policies of the company are implemented and maintaine
  • Safe working conditions
  • Develop challenging yet achievable production schedules
  • Plan, organize and coordinate labour required to ensure high efficiency
  • Manage the employees to standards and correct process and quality specifications.
  • Monitor Production target and ensure DIFOT reporting
  • Focus on continual improvement of production processes to lower cost and improve lead times
  • Identify training needs of staff and implement training programs to provide maximum work force flexibility.
  • Review and provide performance reports * Complete QA checks on QC forms and final products to ensure they comply with specification standards and drawings.
