Andrew Berry | MBA

Managing Director

Andrew started his career in Police, based primarily in South Auckland, including as Officer in Charge of the Otara Police and a deployment to Afghanistan. Between 2010 and 2013, Andrew held roles as Manager Marine Pollution for Maritime New Zealand and General Manager at Bullet Freight. Andrew has a Masters of Science (Hons) and an Executive Masters of Business Administration (MBA). In 2006 Andrew was awarded the Blake Leader Award by the Sir Peter Blake Trust. Andrew became Managing Director of Superior Personnel in 2013.

Mandi Hopwood

Branch Manager | Bay of Plenty

Mandi has been with Superior Personnel since Day 1 in 1997. Mandi has focused on overseeing many of Superior Personnel's temporary labour hire clients and has been successful at maintaining long standing business relationships by providing cost-effective and customer focused solutions. In 2017 Mandi moved to Tauranga to lead our Bay of Plenty Branch.

Emma Godsmark

Branch Manager | Waikato

Emma joined the Superior Personnel team in December 2016, having moved to the Waikato from Auckland. Emma has several years experience within the Manufacturing, Warehouse and Logistics industry as a Recruitment consultant for both temporary and permanent placements. Before moving into recruitment, Emma worked for 8 years as a Production supervisor. Emma thoroughly enjoys recruitment and finds job satisfaction from placing candidates into work and meeting the expectations of the client.

Daphne Edwards

Branch Manager | Canterbury

Daphne joined the team in August 2017 when Superior Personnel acquired Jade Resourcing in Canterbury. Daphne has a wealth of recruitment experience across NZ, from Branch Manager of larger recruitment agencies through to owning her own recruitment businesses. Daphne enjoys working closely with clients to ensure they are getting a service next to none.

Derek Ready | MA

Senior Recruitment Consultant | Auckland

Derek has a Master of Arts (MA) and came to Superior Personnel having previously worked as a Purchasing Officer and Operations Manager in the logistics sector. Derek recruits for a wide range of positions, specialising in trade roles, warehouse staff, truck drivers, construction and infrastructure. In more than a decade with Superior Personnel he has built an enviable knowledge of the recruitment industry and employment best-practice with many long-standing clients in the FMCG, logistics and infrastructure sectors.

Rachael Skinner | B.Ed & Dip. Tch

Business Development & Senior Recruitment Consultant | Auckland

Rachael's career started as a Recruitment Consultant for an Educational Placement agency where she recruited Temporary relief and contract teachers within the Primary sector. From there, Rachael moved into Generalist Recruitment spaces for both Temporary and Permanent staff for both Industrial and Commercial sectors and has included new and existing Business Development. Rachael has extensive knowledge and experience to build long term client relationships . She has a drive and passion to make sure all vacancies are specifically aligned to new employee requirements.

Shara Henderson

Recruitment Consultant | Auckland

After spending 8 years in the Freight industry and two years in the Recruitment industry, Shara became a qualified Veterinary technician for large and small animals. Shara started with Superior Personnel as our Office Administrator, before transitioning to looking after clients and recruitment of candidates. Having experience with people of all walks of life, Shara realised being in a job where she can help and support people is her greatest passion.

Kya Brewer

Recruitment Consultant | Waikato

Kya moved from a small town near Taupo, to Hamilton and completed a Certificate in Equine Studies in 2012. Realising that the customer service industry was for her, Kya started with Superior Personnel in Waikato as the Office Administrator. She loves being in this interactive role, meeting and greeting clients and candidates, managing calls and administration work. Since late 2016 she has been using her skills as a Recruitment Consultant to place candidates into work with our Waikato based clients

Veronica Reid

Business Development Manager | Waikato

As Business Development Manager, Veronica brings her strong recruitment and BDM experience to Superior Personnel. She started her own Recruitment consultancy in 1997 and her experience and roles include In-house Recruitment, Client Relationship Manager, Project Administrator, Programme Coordinator, Safety and Wellbeing Coordinator and Business Development Manager. Veronica has worked for organisations including Management Consultants, Councils, an International Recruitment company, Accounting and Immigration firms, a Non-for profit organisation, and small owner operated businesses. Veronica enjoys the success of developing ongoing, trusted relationships with clients helping their business thrive and succeed through the successful recruitment of the right employees, ensuring success for all parties.

Miloni Trivedi | BA

Recruitment & Candidate Coordinator | Auckland

Miloni is a graduate from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor of Arts with a Double Major in Sociology and Gender Studies. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Sociology. Miloni enjoys writing blogs and reading in her spare time and is always working on different types of projects. Career wise , she comes from a background of Customer Service and Administration roles and enjoys working and interacting with different types of people. She genuinely enjoys her work and makes sure that candidates working with Superior Personnel get the best recruitment experience they can.

Marie Hook

Office Administrator | Auckland

Marie joined Superior Personnel after returning home from Australia in 2017. Marie comes from a strong background in Operations, IT, Account Management, Collections, Human Resources and staff management. Marie is now responsible for all our office administration in Auckland as well as providing support to the recruitment consultants

Chrystal Saxton

Recruitment Coordinator | Canterbury

Chrystal is responsible for candidate processes at our Canterbury branch, including screening, interviews and reference checks. Chrystal lives in North Canterbury & has a background in recruitment assistance and administration. In her spare time she tends her flock of Texel sheep, spends time with her growing group of nieces & nephews and enjoys a little hunting and fishing.
