Our Hamilton based client is looking for a motivated Administration Assistant to join their team . This is a fantastic opportunity within a supportive and professional environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Data entry, keying in orders and maintaining client records
• Ordering office supplies and supporting the smooth running of the office
• Assisting with accounts related tasks
• General administrative support to the team


What we’re looking for:

• Previous administration experience in a busy office environment
• Confident, professional phone manner and excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• A friendly, can-do attitude and willingness to support the wider team
