**The Role**
We are seeking a highly competent, confident HIAB operator .

You will be trusted to:

  • Operate truck-mounted cranes/HIABs to deliver timber, building materials, and prefabricated frames/trusses.
  • Assess site safety, including crane stability and overhead hazards, on varied job sites.
  • Secure loads and manage documentation
  • Be the face of the business delivering construction materials to site
  • General yard duties when required.


**What You’ll Bring**

  • License : Full NZ Class 4 Driver License w/ hiab experience ( min 2+ yrs )
  • Technical Skill: Deep knowledge of load security, weight distribution, and site hazard awareness.
  • Reliability: A clean driving record and physical fitness for heavy lifting.
  • Mindset: A calm, solution-focused communicator who takes pride in precision.
