THE POSITION
This busy position will see you working across two early childhood centres in Papakura. Primarily ensuring the effective co-ordination and administration of the enrolment process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Manage waiting list/enrolment monitoring systems to effectively maintain roll ensuring this information is available to the relevant team members
•Prepare pre-enrolment packs and ensure these are available at all times
•Communicate place/enrolment information with parents
•Manage administration induction of new children/parents
•Continually working on updating staff data
•Provide various child reports to the Financial Services Team and teaching team as required.
•Create, print and ensure all staff completion of all daily and weekly staff reports including Relievers
•Monitor and follow up as required on automatic invoicing process
•Receipt all monies received (i.e. cash, cheques, direct credits, and automatic payments).
•Processing and data entry of fundraising income and sundry income
•Handling routine correspondence by phone, email, word processing, photocopying and filing.
HOURS
Monday to Friday, with a start between 8am & 9am & finishing between 3:30pm & 4:30pm. All overtime hours are paid.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Experience in office based administration tasks including database management
Excellent communication skills
Enjoy working with young children and their families
Experience in ECE administration is a bonus
