Fleet Supervisor – Mid-Sized Company
Monday–Friday 7:30am–3:30pm | Company Ute Provided

We’re looking for an experienced Fleet Supervisor to join our mid-sized transport team, managing fleet operations for one of New Zealand’s most respected clients .

This is a hands-on role where you’ll coordinate daily transport requirements, oversee a team of drivers, and ensure trucks are safe, compliant, and running smoothly. You’ll also be the go-to person for keeping the fleet in top shape – from daily checks to scheduled servicing.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supervising drivers and ensuring safety and operational standards are met.
• Managing truck inspections, maintenance, and servicing schedules.
• Overseeing compliance with roadworthy requirements and heavy vehicle monitoring.
• Handling daily transport scheduling and operational admin.
• Ensuring Health & Safety procedures are followed.


What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in truck and fleet management.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead and motivate a small team.
• Solid knowledge of heavy vehicle maintenance and compliance requirements.
• Full, clean driver’s license (Class 2 or higher desirable).


The role:

• Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–3:30pm, with occasional weekend calls.
• Location: Onehunga , Auckland.
• Perks: Company ute provided.
