***The Role*** :
As a **Project Manager**, you will be the primary lead for planning and delivering diverse civil construction projects .

**Your mission , ( if you choose to accept ) will include** :

• Leading Teams: Providing coaching, mentorship, and clear direction to project engineers and site supervisors
• Strategic Planning: Developing construction methodologies, resourcing plans, and comprehensive project schedules
• Operational Excellence: Managing budgets, forecasting costs, and ensuring all works meet technical and safety standards
• Risk Management: Identifying project risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies to ensure safe and efficient delivery
