Superior Personnel is seeking capable individuals for immediate openings with our Hamilton-based client.

This role involves the construction and wiring of high-quality switchgear units within a team that values practical skill over formal papers.

While no specific qualifications are required, you must have previous experience in control wiring and general engineering. Our client will provide training on our specific systems, but we need people who can make off wires and handle the build process with minimal assistance.

**The Role**:

• Assembly & Wiring: Building switchgear units and completing control wiring.
• Technical Skill: Using general engineering skills to ensure high-quality builds.
• Independence: Ability to read requirements and execute wiring tasks efficiently.

** Work Schedule**:
Enjoy a better work-life balance with a structured weekly roster:

• Monday – Thursday: Full Days
• Friday: Half Day (Finish early for the weekend!)

**Requirements**:

• Proven Experience: Prior experience in wiring or a technical engineering environment is essential.
• Manual Aptitude: Strong "hands-on" skills and the ability to work without constant supervision.
• Availability: These positions are available for an immediate start.
