Freight Operator - 4am start (9/06RS)

As an experienced freight loader you will be checking inwards goods, moving product onto pallets, checking outgoing orders, & loading / unloading trucks.
Reporting to the Shift Manager, you will be physically fit and hold a current counterbalance fork hoist license, & have experience working in transport and logistics environment. This position proposes the opportunity for career advancement and training.

** Shift times - :**
Monday to Friday.
4 am - 2pm
40 - 50 hours per week

**In Brief:**
Duties:

• Freight sorting and loading -Ensure all equipment is operated in a safe and proficient manner.

'* Handling a wide range of freight

• General yard duties , including devanning
• Warehouse Housekeeping

**Skills needed:**

• FAK experience ( freight all kind )
• Current OSH fork licence
• Able to lift 25kg
• Prior long fork experience (preferred)
• Must be able to stay calm under pressure
• Must be very safety conscious
• Must have worked in a transport and logistics environment previously
