The Role:

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Night Shift Warehouse Administrator.to join their growing team.  Temporary to start with the potential to become permanent for the right person.

Duties include but not limited to the following:

  • Monday night to Friday night
  • Hours 6pm to 5am (finish times may vary)
  • Administration tasks 
  • Key, print and check orders
  • Invoicing
  • Allocated orders for warehouse team
  • Reports
  • Email queries
  • Health and Safety


Ideal Candidate:

  • Immediate start for the right candidate
  • Can work Night shift hours
  • Can work in Chiller/Freezer environment 
  • Knowledge of the food service industry would be advantageous
  • Experience in similar role is preferred
  • Excellent communications skills 
  • Team player and willing to help other teams
  • Excellent computer skills required
  • Planning and time management essential 
  • Health and Safety focused 
  • Pass pre-employment drug test
  • Clear criminal record
