Order Administrator


Experienced Order taker/ Admin Guru needed for our busy FMCG client based in West Auckland.

You will be responsible for entering and managing orders and deliveries on a day to day basis.

  • Orders are received by email, phone and web portals.
  • Coordination and prioritisation of dispatching orders
  • Processing orders once picked
  • Book transport requirements for pickups including by phone and internet.
  • Contact customers if there are stock shortages and ensure the highest standard of Customer Service.
  • Other duties that may be required for administration duties.

What you need to have:

  • High attention to detail
  • Data entry skills required
  • A sense of humour
  • The ability to work in a team based environment

~ more importantly , you can work every day and get to work and have a strong work ethic

** Hours: 9am ish till between 2pm and 5pm depending on work load – however you should be flexible with finish time

Ideally (but not essential) this person would also have reach / forklift and picking / warehouse experience.
