Operations and Office Manager

The Company:

Our client is a manufacturer of fire rated wall systems. These revolutionary systems have established the business as a leader in the New Zealand commercial construction sector.

The Role:

We are currently recruiting for an Operations and Office Manager to join their team for a 12 week assignment. They would be responsible for the following:

• Temporary assignment from 1st March 2018 to 21st May 2018 
• Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm
• Creditors
• Invoicing 
• Debtors
• End of month processes
• Reports
• Payroll and time cards
• Monitor and process Production orders
• Monitor Inventory levels for selected product
• Full training provided

Ideal Candidate:

• Must be able to start 1st March 2018
• Office Manager experience 
• Experienced Administrator
• Confidentiality is required and important for this role
• Attention to detail and shows initiative
• Ability to learn new systems and processes
• Reliable worker and a team player
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Pass pre-employment drug test
