Our client is a multi national manufacturer on the rise. Due to sales demand, we are looking for the right candidate to fulfill the current role available: Reception/Data Entry role.  

The company is based in the Glen Innes area.

The duties involve - 

Reception / Data Entry

  • General Reception Duties
  • Entering Creditor Invoices
  • Calling Debtors regarding outstanding Invoices
  • Processing of Credit Card Statements and Reconciliation
  • Updating MYOB for daily banking
  • Processing of Parts orders


You must have -

  • 2+ years experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in using MYOB
  • Customer Service Experience
