Scheduler / General Assistant

Full time, Contract/Temp

We are looking for an experienced Scheduler and General Assistant for a company.
The role includes;

• Scheduling job orders to correct crews
• Client contact
• Populating spread sheets
• Liaising with Operation Managers, Directors, Team Leaders, and crew members
• Preparing reports on processes
• General office Admin duties

This role is busy and rewarding and requires someone who can multi task.

Hours of work are 7am to 4pm Monday to Friday.
