General Summary: Carries out all customer service activities such as responding to inquiries, processing orders and handling complaints in a prompt, courteous and effective manner.
Effectively arrange all export and logistic activities in order to meet or exceed customer service expectations while maintaining compliance regulations.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
* Excellent communication skills both written and oral
* Strong Analytical skills and Microsoft applications / proficiency
* Excellent Organizational skills
* A growing enthusiasm for learning
* A desire to learn about Transport and Logistics

Must have a very strong sense of responsibility for completing tasks and achieving goals
Ability to apply knowledge of quality; resolve practical operational problems and deal with a variety of situations in a high pressure environment
